As a general service company, we are conversant in project organization, planning and studies, design, construction review, sustainable leed certified praCtices, and operations and maintenance, in both the public and private sectors. We have a thorough understanding of the steps involved in moving a project from inception to completion, while addressing client requirements.
In addition to comprehensive libraries devoted to technical and vendor information, our support capabilities include the most up to date operating systems and software for engineering design and drafting and for word processing. However, while recognizing the enhancements made available through computers, we understand that it is still people who make the difference. It is experienced and dedicated people who understand your project's requirements and effectively address the issues that control the outcome. We pride ourselves in being able to provide well-qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced personnel to work on your project.
Flowers & Associates promotes a pro-active approach to individual project requirements. Depending on project characteristics, we can serve as the prime consultant responsible for all civil engineering elements, or can operate effectively as a multi-discipline team member. Our Principals organize the appropriate project team and remain involved with development of solutions and review of our work product through the course of the project. We maintain a network of select specialty consultants who can serve as sub-consultants or work independently, as the project warrants.
