presqu'ile winery

 

flowers & associates, inc. is working with arc vineyards, llc. in developing 197 acres of existing vineyard and raw land into a working winery.  This includes the construction of a new winery and bottling plant building, hospitality building, administration building, barn and five farm employee housing units.

In addition to preparing grading, drainage, paving and site wall construction plans, flowers & Associates, inc. is also designing the planned private water system, stormwater quality plans, and storage and disposal system for the site. working together with utility companies, architects, and various other consultants and agencies, flowers & associates, inc. is dedicated to completing a quality finished product by helping in all aspects of preliminary design, design development, construction plan preparation, and construction phase services.
