Since beginning work at Flowers & Associates, Inc. in 1988, Mr. Chierici’s responsibilities have grown to include the following aspects of Civil Engineering work:

• Earthwork quantity calculations
• Cost estimates
• Hydrology calculations
• Interfacing with various public agencies
• Design of water systems and sewer systems
• Hardscape design
• Grading plans
• Collecting and disseminating information with various disciplines
• Project management from design through construction, including budget control.
