Project Description
The Pavement Maintenance Project work was spread throughout all the City Pavement Maintenance Zones focusing on the highest need streets. These streets included arterials, collectors, minor collectors, and some residential streets. The Project was substantial in size and incorporated numerous streets and maintenance types ranging from asphalt grind / pulverization and overlay to point repairs and crack seal, micro surface and cape seal surface treatments. Flowers & Associates provided design and construction monitoring.
