Project Description
The Project is substantial in size and incorporates numerous streets and maintenance types ranging from asphalt grind / pulverization and hot mix overlay to point repairs and crack seal, micro surface and cape seal surface treatments. The Project includes a variety of streets, including arterials such as State Street, Anacapa Street, Chapala Street and Mission Street. Due to the number of streets involved in the Project, there were a significant number of access ramps included. Flowers & Associates provided design and construction monitoring.
